If you are seeking employment in the computer business, or you are a new graduate who wants to find the best place to work in the United States for computer whizzes, Austin, Texas may very well be the place to go. Austin is considered to be the 10^th best paying place in the country for people who work in the computer industry, with the average computer worker making about $61 per hour, or $126,430 per year.

Such pay should not come as a surprise to people who know that computer jobs are the third highest paying jobs in the country, only behind management and legal jobs (which must be depressing for doctors).
